Dr. Joul Kassis was born in Damascus, Syria. He completed his bachelor degree in Dental science at Damascus University. And then he completed his master degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery/ Faculty of Dentistry, Damascus University. He was the head of Oral Surgeons at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department and Hospital. He used to teach and supervise dental school students. He was awarded the membership of Syrian Dental Board of oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has much international participation through conferences, articles reviewing and publications. Now he is a member of the Australian Dental Association, New South Wales Branch, Sydney, Australia.
