2006: graduated from University of Berne, Switzerland 2006-2009: associate dentist in a practice for general dentistry 2007: doctoral thesis in the field of maxilla facial surgery 2009: private practice in Berne, Switzerland 2006-2018: continuing education with focus on CAD/CAM dentistry, implantology and endodontology. CAD/CAM user since 2006. I had the possibility to receive training in this field mainly at the University of Zurich by well-known researchers and clinicians like Dr. Bindl and Dr. Ender. To see, that most of the implant placements were placed due to failing root canal treatments made me focus on endodontology and the use of dental microscopes. The biomimetic concept with its aim to prevent root canal treatments, keeping pulp vitality and restoring the tooth in a ‘bio-mimicing’ way, motivated me to start my biomimetic journey. Since 2018 the main focus of my practical work and education lies in the field of biomimetic dentistry, where I received in-depth training by David Alleman, Matt Nejad, Pascal Magne, David Gerdolle and Ivo Krejci.
