Guided Bone Regeneration has proven to be the gold standard in reconstruction of alveolar bone around dental implants. The application of GBR helps in localized alveolar ridge augmentation in immediate and delayed implant cases as well as in two-staged procedures.
During the presentation we are going to focus on the importance of GBR in delayed implant placements.
