Present day dental treatment with standard screw-type inserts leave a few cases unaddressed in patients with severe bone resorption. Individualized 3D printed subperiosteal dental implant and GBR mesh could be an alternative option to sinus lift, nerve lateralization or zygomatic implant strategies. A mix of customary subperiosteal implant structures with current advancement in 3D imaging, plan and printing (CAD/CAM) permit decreased treatment time and gives projections to prostheses in situations where other modalities don’t give good outcomes.
