For the second time more than 200 dental professionals from all over EMEA will gather for 1.5 days, an outstanding faculty is taking up this challenge again to deliver presentations that discuss the latest trends in implant dentistry. After the success of the 1st WIN EMEA summit we move our location to Istanbul, Turkey. As ever, the summit will be a great opportunity to network, share research and discover new technologies. Both beginners and established professionals in implant dentistry are welcome to join. We also encourage male colleagues to join the WIN summit to make a change!

WIN is a global network of dental professionals committed to inspiring and engaging more women in implant dentistry.

Women account for an increasing percentage of dental school graduates, and only a minority become active in implant dentistry. If this trend continues, patient access to implant therapy and proper maintenance is at risk. There is also a shortage of female role models in implant dentistry: surgeons, speakers, key opinion leaders and practice owners.

Founded in October 2016 on the initiative of Straumann, WIN connects at an international level, women with different dental backgrounds sharing the same ambition: to take action to enable adequate future patient access to implant dentistry. We aim to engage women at all stages of their career in implant dentistry and inspire them to advance as leaders and role models for future generations. By building a strong global community supported by the biggest players in implantology we will make a change.
