Cai Xiaoxiao Dr., China
Xiaoxiao Cai, D.D.S., M.D., Ph.D., is Professor of West China School of Stomatology, Sichuan University. She serves as the Vice-director of Dental Implant Center, West China School of Stomatology. She received her Ph.D. from Sichuan University in 2010. Prof. Cai finished her Joint Doctoral Training in Harvard Dental School between 2008 and 2010. Dr. Cai’s research focus on vascularization of craniofacial regeneration, such as bone, cartilage, tooth, fat et al. She has published more than 50 first or corresponding author SCI papers, and made several seminal contributions to the dental implantology. She has served as the Associate Editor of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Letters (SCI) and Editorial Board of Cell Proliferation (SCI). She has won the Golden Medal of National Dental Implant Competition (2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017); Chinese Stomatological Association Outstanding Young Talents (2011 and 2012), Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Sichuan Province (2011) and Nomination of National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of China (2012).
