Polido Waldemar Dr.,

Waldemar Daudt Polido is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, with an MS and PhD from PUCRS in Porto Alegre, Brazil, and a residency in OMFS at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, USA. He is a Fellow and Speaker of the ITI, past Chair of the ITI Section Brazil (2006-2008), and a former member of the ITI Education Committee. Dr. Polido is a Clinical Professor and Director of the Predoctoral Program of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Co-Director of the Center for Implant, Esthetic and Innovative Dentistry at the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, USA. He is currently interim Chairman of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Hospital Dentistry Department at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
